The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. It processes technical signals such as your IP address and browser details to assess the submission. Vercel hosts this website and processes technical request data needed to deliver its pages.

If you contact us directly by email, we process your email address and message to reply.

To respond to your enquiries and provide you with a scoped proposal for your project.

To communicate with you about your active project, milestones, and deliverables.

To comply with legal obligations where required.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Enquiry submissions are sent to the AlphaMintStudios inbox using Gmail SMTP, so Google processes the submitted details to deliver the message. Cloudflare processes Turnstile verification signals. Vercel hosts the website and processes technical request data as part of that service.

We may disclose information if required by law or in response to a valid legal process.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by applicable law.

Project briefs and correspondence are retained for up to 3 years after project completion for reference and legal purposes.

The website does not use analytics or session-replay tools. Its code does not set analytics or advertising cookies. The contact form loads Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, as described above.

You may request correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your data where we have no lawful basis for retaining it.
