TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or using the AlphaMintStudios website (alphamintstudios.com) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or engage our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our website and services.

AlphaMintStudios provides digital agency services including website development, media production, advertising management, and bespoke digital solutions.

The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of any specific engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement signed by both parties.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or organisation at our discretion.

Upon receipt of full and final payment, all intellectual property rights in deliverables created specifically for you under a project agreement transfer to you.

AlphaMintStudios retains ownership of all tools, frameworks, libraries, and pre-existing code used in the delivery of your project. These remain our property and are licensed to you for use within your project deliverables.

We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and for promotional purposes unless a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is in place.

Any third-party assets, fonts, stock imagery, or plugins used in your project are subject to their own licensing terms.

Payment schedules are defined in individual project agreements. Typically, a deposit is required before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or at agreed milestones.

All invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may result in suspension of work and/or interest charges at a rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated.

The number of revision rounds included in each engagement is defined in the project agreement.

Requests that fall outside the agreed scope will be assessed and quoted separately as change requests.

AlphaMintStudios reserves the right to re-scope and reprice a project if the client's requirements change materially from the original brief.

We treat all client information, project briefs, and business details as confidential and will not share them with third parties without your consent.

If your project requires a formal NDA, we are happy to execute one prior to commencement of work.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlphaMintStudios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We make no warranties that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days' written notice.

Upon termination, you will be invoiced for all work completed to date. Work completed will be delivered upon receipt of final payment.

We reserve the right to terminate immediately if a client engages in abusive conduct toward our team members.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law in the jurisdiction in which AlphaMintStudios is registered.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
