THE CHALLENGE
Trainshala needed a two-sided marketplace where trainers could list their services and learners could discover, book, and pay for sessions — all without any off-the-shelf solution fitting their model.
OUR SOLUTION
We built the entire platform from the ground up: a public discovery layer, a learner booking flow with Razorpay integration, and separate dashboards for trainers and admins to manage sessions, availability, and payouts.
THE OUTCOME
Launched with 20+ trainers onboarded at go-live. The platform handles booking, payment, and session management end-to-end with zero third-party marketplace dependency.
